Shipping policy

Most of our stuff is printed just for you after you order, so it needs a few days to get made before it ships. Most orders are made and on their way within 2–5 business days.

Ordered more than one thing? It might show up in separate packages, since things can ship from different spots. You don't pay extra for that.

What it costs: US orders over $50 ship free, and so do international orders over $100. Under that, you'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. How long delivery takes depends on the carrier and where you live, and international orders take longer.

Shipping outside the US? Your country may charge customs or import fees. Those are on the buyer, not us (we'd fix it if we could).

Wrong address: if a package comes back to us because of an address issue, we'll happily send it again once you confirm the right address. The new shipping is on you, though.

Package lost? Email shopqueergear@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.
