Returns & exchanges

Nearly everything we sell is printed to order just for you. That's how we keep the shop running without a warehouse full of unsold shirts. It also means we can't take returns or exchanges because something didn't fit or you changed your mind. Not sure about sizing? Email us before you order. We're genuinely good at this, and most listings have a size chart.

If something's wrong, we'll make it right. Misprinted, damaged, defective or just not what you ordered? Email shopqueergear@gmail.com within 30 days of getting it. Include your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you. You don't need to mail anything back.

Refunds go back to your original payment method once they're approved. Banks can take a few days to post them, so if it's been a while, give us a shout.

Shipping outside the US? Customs or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
