Who's behind Queer Gear?

Hi, it's us, Sarah and Alex. We started Queer Gear in 2018 in Lansing, Michigan. We've since moved the whole operation to Omaha, Nebraska. It's still just the two of us, so when you email, you get one of us.

Does my order actually give back?

Yep, every single one. Giving back has been part of Queer Gear since day one, and we've supported groups like the Marsha P. Johnson Institute, The Trevor Project and the Sylvia Rivera Law Project. You can see more on our Giving Back page.

Who are your designs for?

All of us. We've got stuff for every letter in the alphabet soup, plus the allies who show up for us. Can't find your flag yet? Tell us. We're working on adding more identities and it helps to know who's waiting.

How much is shipping?

US orders over $50 ship free. International orders over $100 ship free too. Under that, you'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Do you ship outside the US?

We do. Heads up that customs fees can apply depending on where you live, and those are on the buyer, not us (we wish we could fix that one).

How long will my order take?

Most of our stuff is printed to order just for you, so it needs a few days to get made before it ships. Most orders are on their way within 2–5 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours ships.

Can I return or exchange something?

Since everything's made to order, we can't take returns or exchanges for fit or a change of heart. But if something shows up misprinted, damaged or just wrong, email us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you. The full details are in our refund policy.

How do I figure out my size?

Most listings have a size chart right under the description. Stuck between two sizes? Email us which item you're eyeing and we'll help you pick.

Is there a discount for my first order?

There is. Pop your email in the signup at the bottom of any page and we'll send you 10% off your first order.
