Refund policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is a result of our error.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shopqueergear@gmail.com.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will exchange items if they are damaged upon arrival or unworn and in their original condition. If you need to exchange your item send us an email at shopqueergear@gmail.com and send your item to: Queer Gear LLC, PO Box 6421, Omaha NE 68106, United States.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the reason for exchange is a result of our error.
SHIPPING
To return/exchange your product, you should mail your product to: Queer Gear LLC, PO Box 6421, Omaha NE 68106, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item (unless the reason is a result of our error). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.
COVID-19 DELAYS
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, many shipping carriers are experiencing a high volume of delivery delays. Additionally, we anticipate potential production and fulfillment delays, with some orders taking up to two weeks to ship. We are doing our best to stay on top of these delays and ship orders as fast as humanly possible. Please keep this in mind and don't hesitate to contact us with questions about your order.
